First steps
We are pleased about your interest in our offerings. Here you can find all the information about the payment and other procedures which you'll have to complete before you can use our services.Parts of the TopMeteo offering are free of charge and can be viewed without restriction. Special parts, however, are reserved for registered customers only. In order to use those parts You have to registrate once (see Step 1) and then to log in with Your password.
Step 1: Registration
With Your Registration an e-mail will be sent immediately to you which contains your personal password and bank account information for TopMeteo. After each log-in you can check your personal data, change your password or check your balance in the secure area labeled "My user data".Step 2: Selection of subscriptions or use of single maps
You can gain access to all our products via the left navigation panel (e.g., Aircraft). Next select the desired region (e.g., UK) from the blue boxes (upper right). Then click on any yellow field for the map you want to see. A dialog for payment automatically follows.Step 3: Payment
Payment of a subscription

A subscription has to be one-time payed. Afterwards all weather infos or charts can be viewed by you as often as you
like (flat rate). Payment can be done online
- via VISA or MASTER Card or
- via Direct Debit (only for german bank accounts)
Replenishment of your TopMeteo account

The download of arbitrary single maps (outside of a subscription) will be debited from your personal
TopMeteo account. Your TopMeteo account has to be replenished previously via funds transfer (see next
section). The minimum payment is EUR 10,-.
Payment via funds transfer

Replenishment of your TopMeteo account or payment of any subscription is possible via funds transfer. Please
note that it takes two to three business days for the bank to process your transaction. After the credit has been
booked on your personal TopMeteo account, you will be immediately informed per email. You may then buy subscriptions
or single maps and use them at once.
Be sure to enter your name and customer number on the funds transfer form. Only then your payment can be booked correctly and quickly. You'll find your customer number under "My user data" after you've logged in.
General Information
The minimum payment is EUR 10,-.TopMeteo stores charges and payments received, information which you may monitor at any time
under "My user data". You can read a detailed overview of the TopMeteo price
system
