How can I activate a subscription (flat rate)?
As a registered user you must log in. Now you find the store in the left navigation panel. Follow the dialogue.If your account covers the transaction, the amount will be deducted. After checking the balance, click on "Continue". You can use your subscription immediately.
If your account does not have sufficient funds, you can pay online with your VISA or MASTER card via our partner TeleCash or you can make a funds transfer. The advantage of using the credit card is that you can gain immediate access to the desired information (subscription) without doing anything else. Simply follow the dialog.
If you transfer the funds, you will have to wait up to three business days for the bank transfer to be completed. After completion you will receive an email from us. Then you have to select the desired subscription again (as described above) and settle your account.
Where can I find a description of the map contents in my language?
You will find detailed descriptions when you follow the pdf-links right of the chart-names. Then a new window will open in which you can read a complete product description in your own language.Howto select the type of map, forecast region and time?
As soon as you have selected your package, e.g.,
Aircraft,
you will see two areas of colored fields above, one with green/yellow boxes
on the left and another with blue boxes to the right. You can click on the
boxes (buttons) for simple and extremely fast navigation.
With the left-hand navigation boxes (green/yellow) you can select forecast time and product. And with the right-hand navigation boxes (blue) you can select day and region. The dark blue box indicates the current selection for day/region.
Once you have clicked on a map in the left-hand group of boxes, you can select the same map quickly for another day or another region by clicking on the blue fields to the upper right (if the map is available for this time/region).
